Privacy Policy for Suiteble

This Privacy Policy explains how Suiteble ("we", "our", "us") collects and processes personal data when you use the Service.

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Account and Authentication Data

When you sign in, we may collect:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • profile image (for OAuth providers).

1.2 Product Data

When you use Suiteble, we process:

  • short links and destination URLs;
  • QR code settings and related assets;
  • bio page content and settings;
  • calendar settings (for example, working hours, durations, timezone, and availability overrides);
  • booking page configuration and calendar block configuration in bio pages;
  • link click analytics and usage metadata.

1.3 Calendar and Booking Data

If you connect Google Calendar and use scheduling features, we may process:

  • Google account identifiers and profile data required to maintain the OAuth connection;
  • selected Google Calendar identifiers and connection metadata;
  • OAuth access/refresh tokens and scope metadata;
  • free/busy availability data used to display available booking slots and prevent double booking;
  • booking details submitted by your visitors (for example, name, email address, selected time slot, notes, and timezone);
  • meeting/event metadata created in your connected Google Calendar.

1.4 Billing Data

Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Paddle may process payment and billing data under its own policies.

Suiteble stores only billing/subscription metadata needed to manage access (for example, subscription status and period dates).

1.5 Operational Email Data

We may send service emails related to:

  • authentication;
  • trial reminders;
  • subscription/access status notifications;
  • booking confirmations and scheduling-related service messages.

2. How We Use Data

We use data to:

  • provide and secure the Service;
  • authenticate users and manage accounts;
  • operate short links, QR codes, bio pages, and scheduling pages;
  • connect and synchronize with Google Calendar for availability checks and event creation;
  • process bookings, prevent double booking, and send booking confirmations;
  • measure service usage and analytics;
  • process subscription lifecycle and access control;
  • send service notifications.

We process data to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use third-party providers including:

  • Paddle (billing and refunds);
  • authentication providers;
  • Google APIs (including Google Calendar APIs) when you connect a Google account for scheduling features;
  • email delivery providers (for example, Resend);
  • analytics and infrastructure providers;
  • hosting providers.

These providers may process data in multiple jurisdictions.

5. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Google User Data

If you connect Google Calendar, Suiteble may access and process Google user data only to provide user-facing scheduling functionality, including:

  • loading the Google accounts and calendars available to the connected user;
  • checking calendar availability and free/busy information;
  • creating calendar events after a booking is confirmed;
  • maintaining the OAuth connection required for these features.

We do not sell Google user data to third parties.

We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties except in the following limited cases:

  • to Google, as necessary to use Google APIs requested by the user;
  • to service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, infrastructure, database, and email delivery providers, and only to the extent necessary to provide Suiteble functionality;
  • when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request;
  • to protect the security, integrity, or rights of Suiteble, our users, or others.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, sale to data brokers, personalized advertising, retargeting, or training generalized AI or machine learning models.

6. Data Deletion

You may delete your account through settings. Account deletion removes account data and related product data according to system constraints and legal obligations.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls and encryption in transit where applicable, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Data

Suiteble is not intended for users under 18.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy and publish changes on this page.
